- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/equivalent AND 1-year direct care experience.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive an organization vehicle
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances
- Pre-Employment Physical, Drug Screening and TB test
- Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employment
- Sunday 8am-3:30 pm
- Monday - Wednesday 12:30p-10:30p
- 403B with employer match

- Supportive counseling, linkage to community resources, teaching and/or assistance with daily living skills, medication management and assistance with apartment/tenant skills (including cleanliness and maintaining a safe condition of the apartment).
- Provide transportation to meet the needs of the person served and program as appropriate.
- Complete all Medication documentation as appropriate.
